Who We Are

Evaluation and data support that turn your work into compelling stories of impact.

Ensightics exists because strong programs deserve data and evaluation that match the quality of their work. Working alongside community organizations, CHW programs, CVI initiatives, and public health systems.

Ensightics addresses a common challenge: impact is real, but it often stays buried in spreadsheets and last-minute reporting. We help organizations translate day-to-day work into clear evaluation strategies, sustainable data systems, and reporting support that produces compelling stories of results.

How Ensightics Help

Our work uses a community-centered, public health approach, grounded in equity, cultural responsiveness, and what is practical for teams doing work on the ground. We design culturally responsive evaluation plans; build everyday tools like data systems and dashboards; analyze qualitative and quantitative data; and translate findings into clear reports and visuals while strengthening staff capacity through tools, training, and coaching so the programs can learn, adapt, and communicate impact without being overwhelmed.

Programs and Organizations Ensightics Supports

Ensightics works with public health and community-based organizations that advance health, equity, and support community and family well-being.

Examples include:

  • Small and mid-sized community-based organizations focused on health and well-being
  • Child, Family, and community wellbeing initiatives
  • Community safety / Community Violence Intervention (CVI) efforts
  • Community Health Worker (CHW) programs

Our Philosophy

Respect the People

We design evaluation and data systems that honor the real complexity of day-to-day practice not just a handful of disconnected metrics.

Respect the Work

Our partners and thier work are central to the evaluation story. Their perspectives help shape the questions, methods, and interpretations.

Respect the Time

Staff are already stretched. We design Evaluation plans, data tools, and timelines to fit existing workflows and funding cycles, so that data collection adds value rather than burden.
